John Dial Vendor And Cepep Workers Claim Toco Vendor Is Dumping Feces In Park
A vendor and CEPEP workers in John Dial say they often find bags of feces in the park where they work. They believe another vendor, who came from Trinidad and has been operating there since before Christmas 2024, is responsible. They are calling on the authorities to take action—but only against the guilty vendor.
