Senior Sup Kirk asks Whim Community that if they don’t trust the Police, then who else do they trust?
If you do not trust the police, then who else do you trust? That was the question posed by Senior Superintendent Rodhill Kirk to residents gathered at the Whim Community Center as the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service hosted another public consultation. Senior Superintendent Kirk noted that too often, residents complain about their distrust of police officers, yet they are willing to harbour criminals within their community.
