Max James says Monday’s budget presentation was the Chief Secretary’s best.
Former Assemblyman and political commentator, Max James says the Chief Secretary, Farley Augustine presented his best and last budget on Monday. This is as a new Secretary of Finance will be sworn in tomorrow, relinquishing the Chief Secretary from the responsibility of managing Tobago’s Finances. Mr. James further expressed immense satisfaction with the vision of the present THA administration. He conveyed that the budget was well constructed.
