Students of Harmons SDA got debarred from attending prom.
Scarborough, Tobago – For yet another year, hairstyle breaches have prevented students from attending graduation celebrations. This time, the issue arose at Harmons School of SDA in Tobago, where two young men were barred from the school’s graduation ball due to their cornrow hairstyles.
Reports also indicate that other female students were sent home from the event because of their attire breaching the school’s dress code policy. This incident highlights the ongoing national debate surrounding school regulations, student expression, and the enforcement of dress codes at celebratory events within educational institutions.
