Former Police Commissioner and National Security Minister Gary Griffith says criminals will not be deterred by new window and windscreen tint regulations in vehicles. Instead, he finds it laughable that the government is hailing this as a major crime-fighting measure, as, according to him, criminals don’t use their personal vehicles to commit crimes.
