Four persons arrested in TTPS raid and search exercise
Scarborough, Tobago – Four individuals were arrested during a raid and search exercise conducted by the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) Tobago Division on Wednesday, September 4th, 2024.
Shirvan Road Criminal Investigations Department (CID) officers, acting on recent crime reports, conducted searches at multiple locations in the Shirvan Road District between 9:15 pm and 10:50 pm. At one residence, officers recovered a large TV, an Amazon Fire Stick, and a Lorex DVR. At another home in the area, a Goulds pump and a Samsung TV were also retrieved.
The individuals arrested were a 24-year-old female from Friends Field, Calder Hall; a 33-year-old male from Buccoo Road, Mt Pleasant; a 23-year-old male from Lot 111 Sou Sou Lands; and a 37-year-old male from St Helena Village, Trinidad. The operation was spearheaded by ACP Collis Hazel, coordinated by Senior Superintendent Rodhill Kirk, led by ASP Barath of Area West and supervised by Acting Sergeant Thomas. The Inter-Agency Task Force, Task Force, K9 Unit and Scarborough CID were also involved.
