Former Secretary of Infrastructure, Quarries and Urban Development, Kwesi Des Vignes claimed that the current Chairman of the Studley Park Enterprises Limited is making excuses for low levels of production. He appeared on the Good Morning Tobago Show, one day after Jack appeared on the same programme to refute claims made.
