Lifeguard faces discrimination from the Department of Tourism.
Scarborough, Tobago – Errol Cato, a lifeguard attached to the Division of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities and Transportation, claims he faces discrimination from the Department of Tourism.
Cato alleges that despite his experience and qualifications, he is being prevented from reporting to work and is consistently being overlooked for promotion within the department. His claims highlight concerns regarding fair employment practices and career advancement opportunities within Tobago’s tourism sector.
