March 11, 2025 – The Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC) is making it easier for seniors to register for their National ID Cards. Starting March 15th, all EBC registration offices, including Tobago, will open on Saturdays exclusively for individuals aged 65 and over. These offices will operate from 9 am to 4 pm. In a public notice, the EBC encourages seniors to bring the necessary documents, including proof of address, such as a utility bill, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. This initiative is designed to make registration more accessible and convenient for senior citizens.
