Director of the Tobago Emergency Management Agency Allan Stewart believes legislation is needed to ensure the safety of fishermen while at sea. Speaking on the Tobago Updates Morning Show, Stewart emphasised the importance of ensuring that the necessary resources are in place to prioritise the safety of fishermen in such situations. This comes on the heels of fishermen Albert James and Junior Thorne, the fishermen who recently went missing. They were found four days later.
