Differences, Not Amendments

Chief Secretary Farley Augustine is clarifying the record regarding what is being sent to Parliament concerning the Tobago Self-Governance Bills. He explained that the document being prepared is merely pointing out the differences between what is presently in the bills and what Tobagonians originally proposed. Augustine appeared on Good Morning Tobago with Kandace Jackson to clear the air.
