Tobago division of T.T.C.I.C. says the Tobago October carnival should be its brand of carnival
After fully endorsing and praising the efforts of the Tobago October Carnival, the Tobago Division of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce expressed a desire for the event to develop its brand and identity. With hundreds of people flocking to the island, Chairman Curtis Williams stated that revelers should not expect a Trinidad-style carnival.
