Scarborough, Tobago – The Tobago People’s Party (TPP) is actively in the process of screening candidates to contest the highly anticipated Tobago East and Tobago West seats in the upcoming general elections.
Chief Secretary and interim political leader of the TPP, Farley Augustine, recently provided the media with an update on the party’s progress in selecting its representatives.
The crucial final interviews for the prospective candidates are scheduled to commence at 5 PM on Thursday (July 3, 2025) at the Shaw Park Complex. Following these deliberations, Augustine stated that he would either announce the selected candidates or advise if the party’s action groups need to submit additional nominations.
