A new CNG station opens at the Cove Estate

Scarborough, Tobago – June 2024 – A new era for green energy in Tobago officially began with the grand opening of the NGC Green Company Limited CNG station at the Cove Eco-Industrial and Business Park. This significant milestone for the island’s sustainability efforts was celebrated with a ceremony held at the Magdalena Grand Beach and Golf Resort.

The event, marking a pivotal step in Tobago’s environmental commitment, saw prominent figures in attendance. Minister of Energy and Energy Industries Stuart Young and Chief Secretary Farley Augustine were among the key speakers, underscoring the national and local importance of the initiative.
