Closure Of Hunting Season

Hunting Season closed from April 1st to September 30th

The hunting season in Trinidad and Tobago closed officially on February 28, 2023, aligning with the Conservation of Wildlife Act, Chapter 67:01. According to the law, the closed season spans from April 1 to September 30. During March, there is a grace period to dispose of any prohibited meat products. Violations of the hunting season regulations may lead to a fine of $100,000.00 or imprisonment for up to six months.
