Scarborough, Tobago – Chief Secretary Farley Augustine states that a WhatsApp message between former Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley and former Finance Minister Colm Imbert does not constitute evidence that two Prados were included on a bill for expenses related to the 2024 Gulfstream oil spill.
Dr. Rowley made the allegation over the weekend and later claimed his proof was a message from the then-Finance Minister. Augustine addressed the issue at a TPP meeting in Castara last night, refuting the claims and underscoring the political nature of the accusation.
