On September 21, Caribbean Airlines employees planted nearly 500 seedlings in Courland, Tobago, as part of an ongoing reforestation initiative. This marked the second consecutive year the airline has collaborated with Eco Titans, the Tobago Reforestation Watershed and Rehabilitation Programme, and the Tobago Tourism Agency. The seedlings planted included species such as Almond, Hog Plum, and Tamarind, contributing to the restoration of the local ecosystem. Dionne Ligoure, Executive Manager of corporate Communications and Co-Chair of the airline’s sustainability committee, emphasised the importance of community involvement in environmental care. She shared that this initiative supports the sustainability goals and strengthens the company’s dedication to environmental protection.
