Caribbean Airlines Donates 7,000 School Supplies to Support Children Across the Region
September 8, 2025- As the new school year begins, Caribbean Airlines is helping to equip students in need with essential supplies. Through its annual stationery drive, employees donated nearly 7,000 items—including notebooks, pens, and other essentials—to children’s homes and charities across Trinidad and Tobago.
The initiative, which addresses ongoing educational challenges facing vulnerable students, is expanding its reach this year to support partner organisations in Jamaica, Barbados, and Guyana.
Caribbean Airlines CEO Garvin Medera praised the effort, noting, “Education is one of the pillars of Caribbean Airlines’ Sustainability programme,” and reaffirmed the airline’s commitment to supporting youth across the region.
The drive also received support from local businesses such as Charran’s Bookstore and Pennacool, strengthening its impact through community collaboration.
