Cabinet has gone into retreat. According to a press release from the Office of the Prime Minister, the Cabinet is scheduled to begin a working retreat today, following the ceremonial opening of Parliament. This retreat will take place at CrewsInn in Chaguaramas and is set to conclude by midday on Wednesday.
Among the items expected to be on the agenda is the national budget, which is due within a month’s time.
