Buccoo Government Primary School student denied graduating.
It is graduation season in many parts of the world, including Tobago. Several primary and secondary school students are celebrating achievements and saying goodbye to their teachers and classmates. However, this privilege was not granted to a male student of the Buccoo Government Primary School who is being denied his right to graduate for no apparent reason, according to the student’s mother.
