Blue Food festival a twenty-six year journey to success.
The annual and highly anticipated Blue Festival took place yesterday at the Bloody Bay Recreation grounds. Hundreds of people from far and wide engaged in the festivities, which included entertainment and cuisine. The CEO of Tobago Festivals Commission Limited, Kern Cowan, said he was pleased with the outcome.
