Best Village competition clarification
Administrator in the Division of Tourism to issue a detailed press release and not a press conference.
Yesterday, Tobago Updates aired a news story about Tobagnians’ non-representation at the 2024 Best Village Trophy Competition, which will be held in August. In that story, we stated that Julien Skeete, the Administrator in the Division of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities, and Transportation, assured concerned groups that a detailed press conference with comprehensive information on the matter would soon happen. However, it should have been a detailed press release, not a press conference, would be issued on the matter. We needed to make that clarification and we apologise for the error.
