Scarborough Hospital In Emergency Mode, Public Urged To Stay Calm

The Scarborough General Hospital declared an emergency mode on July 8th, and it was expected to last 48 hours. This was as a result of a surge in patient admissions, leaving its medical and surgical wards at full capacity.
