Chief Secretary addresses recent THA executive reshuffle
Chief Secretary Farley Augustine addressed the Tobago House of Assembly executive reshuffle at a press conference today, sharing the reasons for his decision. Augustine quoted THA Act 40 1996, which says that the Chief Secretary is within his power to manage the executive council to the extent that the Chief Secretary can move in, out and around the executive council as required for the island’s development.
