March 20, 2025 – The United National Congress (UNC) has declared its readiness for the April 28th general elections despite not having a full slate of candidates for all 41 seats. Notwithstanding this, at a recent cottage meeting, UNC leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar assured the population that a UNC-led administration would prioritise education, healthcare, and national development.
