Despite management’s attempts to secure an injunction, T&TEC workers are vowing to continue protesting unsafe working conditions. Over the past few weeks, workers in both Tobago and Trinidad have held several protests before the start of their shifts and during lunchtime. Although T&TEC’s management sought a court injunction to prevent industrial action, the workers assert that their protests are happening on their own time and do not constitute industrial action.
