Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago – Member of Parliament for Oropouche East, Roodal Moonilal, questioned Minister of National Security Fitzgerald Hinds about security concerns for citizens withdrawing cash from banks to pay their property tax. He also inquired about the specific measures being taken to ensure their safety.
In response, Minister Hinds stated that banks and financial institutions, including district revenue offices, receive special attention and increased security from the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS).
