Scarborough, Tobago – It was an eventful weekend in Tobago as the 2024 Tobago Heritage Festival continued its vibrant celebrations. The traditional Moriah Ole Time Wedding took place on Saturday, drawing crowds to witness the unique cultural reenactment. This was followed by the lively Folk Fiesta on Sunday.
The Folk Fiesta event, held at the Shaw Park Complex, saw various cultural groups competing in six categories for the grand prize of seven thousand dollars. This showcase of local talent and tradition underscored the rich cultural heritage of Tobago.
