Scarborough, Tobago – The Division of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities and Transportation has issued an advisory informing the public that an application process is now required for using beach facilities and historical sites under the Division’s purview for events.
This new directive mandates that applications must be submitted no less than three weeks before the planned event date. The advisory applies to a wide range of activities, including but not limited to weddings, school events, receptions, and picnics. This measure aims to ensure proper coordination, management, and preservation of Tobago’s cherished natural and cultural assets while facilitating public use for special occasions.
