Thanksgiving service kickstarts the Tobago Heritage festival 2024.
Scarborough, Tobago – The Tobago Heritage Festival has officially begun with the theme “We come back!” The festivities were kickstarted earlier today with a special thanksgiving service held at the Scarborough Roman Catholic Church.
