Hydrocarbon deposits detected near Gulfstream Vessel.
Hydrocarbon deposits were detected near the overturned Gulfstream vessel. A media release from the Office of the Chief Secretary stated that an emergency meeting was held by the Chief Secretary concerning the matter. Officials from the THA, representatives from the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries, the Environmental Management Agency, the THA’s Department of Marine Affairs, the Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard and the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management (ODPM) were also at the meeting.
