42-year-old Lennox Samuel is Tobago’s latest road fatality victim. According to reports, the accident occurred around 9:30 am and involved a van that was travelling along Shirvan Road to turn west into Buccoo while the motorcyclist was travelling north along Shirvan Road. The two collided. Samuel was thrown off his bike. He was subsequently rushed to the Scarborough General Hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
