Scarborough, Tobago – Assemblyman Niall George is the new Deputy Presiding Officer of the Assembly Legislature. The post became vacant following last week’s reshuffling of the executive council.
In today’s plenary session, Assemblyman Niall George, who represents the electoral district of Black Rock/Plymouth, was officially elected to this key position. His appointment marks a significant change in the leadership structure of the Tobago House of Assembly’s legislative arm.
