Cove, Tobago – February 16, 2024 – Amidst the significant environmental challenge posed by the Gulfstream vessel incident off Cove, Tobago Marine Safety and Security Services Director, Alvin Douglas, expressed a sense of relief. The shipwrecked vessel caused an oil-like substance to leak into the sea, impacting a substantial 15km stretch of coastline in Tobago.
