Roxborough, Tobago – Residents of Roxborough and patrons came out in impressive numbers this morning for the annual Belmanna Riots reenactment. This pivotal event marks the start of the final week of the Tobago Heritage Festival.
From early morning, villagers were busy preparing an array of traditional local delicacies, including smoked fish, pumpkin bread, dasheen bread, and much more for the event. The reenactment brings a significant piece of Tobago’s history to life, engaging both the community and visitors in a powerful cultural experience.
