In February, Tobago was hit by an oil spill. Following the spill, many volunteers and contractors assisted with clean-up efforts, as the situation was deemed an” ecological disaster”. However, eight months later, many contractors hired by the THA have reported that they have not been paid for their services. One such contractor is Allister McClatchy.
