Two Tobagongians were appointed to the board of the Police Service Commission. Earlier today, five new members of the Police Service Commission took their oath of office before President Christine Carla Kangaloo at a ceremony at The President’s House in St. Ann’s. Two Tobagonians were appointed: Dr Wendell C. Wallace, who will serve as Chairman and Ethel Hector-Berkeley. They join Annika Fritz-Browne, Roger Babooram, and reappointed member Ian Kevin Ramdhanie. President Kangaloo congratulated the members on their appointments, marking a significant step in the continued governance of the Police Service Commission. This move follows the authorization from Parliament of Minister of National Security Fitzgerald Hinds on Monday.
