THA Chief Secretary clarifies recent statement on Tobago mothers via a Facebook live video on Monday evening.
On Saturday, 19th October, the Tobago Hindu Society held its Diwali celebrations at the Lowlands Mall. Chief Secretary Farley Augustine delivered the feature address. However, misinterpretations of aspects of his speech have caused public backlash, so Augustine took to Facebook Live to clarify what he said.
