Haynes was a celebrated figure in national and club football, known for his exceptional talent as a forward, his leadership as a national captain, and his dedication to the Malvern Sports Club.
But he was more than just a footballer; he was a mentor, educator, and a true gentleman of the game. His brilliance on the field was complemented by his unwavering commitment to youth development, notably through the Buggy Haynes Coaching School. His work embodied a spirit of excellence and service that profoundly impacted countless aspiring athletes in Trinidad and Tobago.
