Trinidad And Tobago Begins Legislative Push On Climate And Road Safety
September 17, 2025- The government has signalled its commitment to tackling pressing national issues with the formal introduction of key legislation in Parliament.
Among the measures presented are a new National Climate Change Policy and an amendment to the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act, marking the first step in a renewed legislative effort to address climate action and road safety across the country.
