Tobago’s role in the cruise ship industry still needs some refining, according to the Secretary of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities, and Transportation, Tashia Burris. She believes Tobago must decide whether to cater to mass tourism, niche tourism, or both. Regardless of the choice, the necessary infrastructure must be developed to support it.
