The Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute (THTI) has partnered with local organic tea brand Twigs Naturals to promote innovation and experiential learning in Tobago’s tourism and hospitality sectors.The partnership was formalised on July 10th through a signed Memorandum of Understanding at the Institute’s Mt. St. George campus. It aims to provide hands-on learning for students, foster entrepreneurship, and integrate locally produced goods into THTI’s academic and practical programmes.In a media release issued by THTI, its CEO, Alana Holder-Findley, described the initiative as a critical step in exposing students to homegrown innovation and sustainable development. Twigs Naturals founder Nigel Jordan emphasised the MoU as a shared commitment to Caribbean excellence and heritage.
