The Chief Secretary’s thoughts on the Heritage Festival
The Chief Secretary shares his thoughts on the 2024 Heritage Festival changes.
Some notable communities were left out of this year’s staging of the Tobago Heritage Festival 2024, such as the Pembroke Salaka Fest, the Les Coteaux Folktales and Superstitions. During the launch of a large-scale broadband service in Parlatuvier, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine shared his opinion on the situation. The Chief Secretary stated that the Tobago Heritage Festival has always had changes since 1987 noting that villages always took turns participating throughout the years.
