THA Councillor Orlando Kerr Says He Is Committed To Continue Serving Tobagonians

Orlando Kerr, Assistant Secretary in the Division of Settlements, Public Utilities and Rural Development, spoke about the importance of community involvement in Tobago’s development. Addressing misconceptions surrounding the role of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA), Kerr emphasised the need for collective action to move the island forward.
