Systemic problems in education

Former principal says there are systemic issues in education when moving to higher grade levels.

The new school term officially began today, with students entering their new classes and schools. However, in light of this, the former principal of Naparima College, Dr Michael R. Dowlath, said there seems to be a systemic problem with students advancing to a higher grade level without mastering fundamental skills. He was speaking at an Opposition Press Briefing on Sunday.
