In a concerted effort to broaden the academic, career, and cultural outlook of Tobago’s youth, Signal Hill Secondary School’s Compass Club is forging new pathways designed to help students look beyond local and regional horizons when planning their tertiary education and future careers.
Recognizing that many secondary school graduates often limit their aspirations due to lack of exposure or perceived geographical barriers, the initiative is actively connecting students with international scholarships, global university admissions guidance, and cross-border career mentorship. By breaking down perceived boundaries, the club empowers students to navigate the competitive international landscape, identify diverse funding avenues, and pursue specialized disciplines across top institutions worldwide.
