He appeared on Tobago Updates’ Good Morning Tobago show, emphasizing the critical importance of housing while discussing the significant challenges his division has faced.
Pollard specifically highlighted hurdles with the approval of plans from the Town and Country Planning Division in Trinidad for various projects. This issue creates considerable delays and impacts the Division’s ability to execute its mandate effectively, particularly concerning housing development and infrastructure projects across Tobago.
