Public needs to be educated

PDP Political Leader Watson Duke believes Tobagonians lack a clear understanding of self-governance, hindering their ability to express their desires. He is therefore advocating for an island-wide education campaign to explain the various types of governance available and empower residents to decide what works best for them.
