Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago – Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has announced that he will officially be stepping down as the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago on March 16th, following a few final public appearances. His replacement will be Stuart Young, Minister of Energy and Energy Affairs.
This significant announcement was made during the commissioning and renaming ceremony of Lisa Morris-Julian Boulevard, formerly known as O’Meara Road. Dr. Rowley shared that he would officially open the Central Block of the Port of Spain General Hospital on March 10th, followed by the newly refurbished ANR Robinson International Airport in Tobago on March 15th.
