Scarborough, Tobago – The Tobago Regional Health Authority (TRHA) has issued an urgent call to all expectant mothers on the island to prioritize and seek antenatal care immediately. This critical appeal follows the recent maternal deaths of 27-year-old Nadea Shanghie and her baby girl Zeniah.
